 Working:

 

·At the default stage all doors connected to the Pass Box Controller are closed & locked. The Display switches on all the doors indicate the status as “Locked”. The UV light is on, CFL is off (On Auto Mode), FAN (Blower) is always on irrespective of the doors being closed or open.

·The user approaches the door and presses the Switch (Press to open). The indicator status on that particular door changes to “GO” and the door is unlocked for the user to place the product inside the pass box. Simultaneously:

·The indicator status on all the other door changes to “WAIT”.

·  The UV Light is turned OFF.

·  CFL is switched ON.

· FAN (Blower) remains switched ON

·   During this procedure, a request to open the door placed by any other user on any other door indicating (Locked), will be declined.

·         The user sets the time in the LCD Display & presses OK for the timer to begin countdown.

·         After the door that had been opened by the user is closed, the following functions take place simultaneously:

·         CFL will be switched OFF.

·         The UV Light will be turned ON.

·         FAN (Blower) will remain ON.

·         Status Indicators on all doors change to LOCKED.

·         The doors can now be opened only from the side from where the time was set, it cannot be opened from other side till the countdown in the timer reaches zero and the cycle is completed. However if the door is opened (from the side where time was set) during the cycle (countdown has not reached zero) and is closed again, the countdown timer will start from the original position (Actual Time set by user) and not from the balance time left in the countdown.

·  After the Timer countdown reaches zero, any of the doors can be opened by pressing the Soft touch switch
